WORKSHOP 2:  SELECTING THE RIGHT PERSON

Every business needs capable employees that can ensure the growth and prosperity of the company. Not all hires will work out, but you need to keep the number of wrong assessments at a minimum. Hiring the incorrect person for your organisation can be costly and time-consuming, on top of being detrimental to the atmosphere within the company.

On the flipside, the right candidate can enhance the winning mentality across the board, boost the morale, and support forward thinking and planning processes. Separate the sheep from the goats, and do not hire someone just to put them out to the pasture a month later.

What we cover
  • What to look for when reviewing resumes
  • Top interview strategies
  • How to spot candidates with potential RED FLAGS
  • Set the tone with the right offer

And you’ll walk away with a checklist of questions and interview templates ready to use in your workplace

Attend all 4 workshops for $200 – a saving of $20*

*Book and pay in full for all 4 workshops by Tuesday 30th July.

WORKSHOP 4:  WORKING WITH YOUR TEAM

Have you ever noticed geese flying overhead? They always fly in a “V” formation. As each bird flaps its wings, it creates uplift for the bird immediately following. By flying in a “V” formation, the whole flock can fly 71 percent further than one bird flying on its own. This is a perfect example of effective teamwork!

Effective teamwork is about people working together and discovering that their collective effort is a lot more than the sum of their individual efforts.
