Shoalhaven Industrial Estates

Shoalhaven City Council owns and develops a range of employment lands throughout the City. Current industrial holdings are at Sth Nowra (Flinders Industrial Estate), Huskisson (Woollamia Industrial Estate), Yerriyong (Albatross Aviation Technology Park) and in the near future at South Ulladulla. Previously Council has undertaken industrial subdivisions in Bomaderry and North Nowra.

Council as developer endeavours to present the lots at a reasonable price to ensure development and special clauses are included in each sale to protect that interest.

Sites range in size from 2000sm upwards to around 2 hectares. All services are provided to each lot: roads, water, sewer, drainage, telecomunications.
